Sweet Feet Yoga Prenatal Class
Wednesday 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
A yoga practice for the body, mind, and baby.  Fannie Hungerford will lead the mother-to-be through gentle asanas that help support a healthy birth and labor. 
Fannie is a new mother herself.  Her recent pregnancy and birth of her son led her on a journey of rediscovering yoga when practicing for two and preparing for birth. 
Sweet Feet Yoga Baby & Me
Monday 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Ages: Newborn to Nearly CrawlingBaby classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby´s development. Each class provides a calm and nurturing yoga practice filled with ways to enhance bonding and make babies happier and more comfortable in their bodies. For parents, this class gives you time to enjoy the company of other parents, learn breathing, relaxation, and self-nurturing techniques while aiding your baby´s emerging development and personality.During a Baby class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about babys emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself. No yoga experience is required.
Sweet Feet Yoga Tots
Monday 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
Ages: Crawling to 21 MonthsSweet Feet Yoga for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As tots mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Tots become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class.

During a Tots class, crawlers and walkers playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. Parents also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required.
Sweet Feet Yoga Babies & Tots
Tuesday 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM
Ages:  3 months – 21 months

This evening combination class for Babies and Tots gives even working familes an opportunity to bond with their little ones while building body awareness and reaping the many benefits of yoga.
Sweet Feet Yoga Tykes
Ages: 21 Months through 4 Years

Tykes Yoga combines unique toddler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around tykes curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. Tykes also learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. Help your tyke build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun! No yoga experience is required.

Monday 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM
Tuesday 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM
Ages: 21 Months through 4 years PLUS any Younger Siblings

The Family class follows the Tykes description PLUS siblings can also join the class! Finally, a program suitable for the whole family!

Sweet Feet Yoga for Kids
Tuesday 7:15 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM
Ages: 5-9 yrs. old

A class for lower elementary school aged kids to learn to relax and to become more comfortable in their ever changing bodies. A great way to introduce them to yoga and a healthy life style!
Sweet Feet Yoga Tweens
Thursday 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Ages:  10-14 yrs. old

A great class to help your child through the journey of adolescence.  Increases focus, flexibility, self-esteem and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
