Evolution Cross-Training
Are you tired of the “gym” or do you need to take your game to the next level? You’ve come to the right place! Wether you’re new to exercise, getting back into it after a lay off or an experienced athelete, we have something to offer and challenge you. We will get you where you want to go.
Class Descriptions -
Boot Camp: TRX Boot Camp - 6 week class featuring the TRX Suspension Training System to build lean muscle and burn fat. 60 minutes of non stop heart pounding exercise 2 days per week.
H.I.I.T. (High-intensity interval training) is a form of cardio vascular exercise which is beneficial to burning fat in a short and intense workout. Sessions may vary from 30–45 minutes.
Core class will zone in on your core to get that all important group of abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles strong
Upper body Strength will focus on upper body conditioning. Arms, chest, shoulder and back muscles will be the main focus of this class.
Lower body Strength will focus on lower body conditioning. Quads, Hamstrings, calves and hip muscles will be the main focus of this class.
